Of course, we have the other kind of unit as well - where you put out an advertisement only to hear crickets.

The facts are: You are out of warranty, you advertised that you pit in new appliances.

The reason I never use custom calculators is that I don't know if they 1. used the proper formulas and 2. what assumptions they made and 3. the degree of rounding used (I go out for the full 8 digits). 

This person has a good, long-time job, but when I subtract their after-tax salary from their monthly debt payments (including the cost of renting the house I am advertising), it's in the red by $900.

Even prices that are advertised on their website could be negotiable and you always get 5% off for using their credit card.

Keep plugging away, use your social media, and remember it's all marketing, which people often confuse for advertising.

Clearly, these guys have an advertising dollar agenda.
