But this situation seems very difficult. 

My understanding is that CRE is a difficult field to break into so I am trying to set myself up now.

I am sure that area would be fine as long as you buy cheap enough to offset the slightly more difficult management issues.

I’m having a difficult time trying to figure out which state should I actually begin my wholesale journey in.

I've found it very difficult to do in normal circumstances and I can only imagine that it will be very hard given that the pandemic has fewer people in the office.

. :(   So implementing this in many markets will not be difficult. 

I have no experience on this, hence was wondering if anyone here could share:1) Is it a difficult job and how long would it take, roughly?
