I need to develop enough passive income asap in the event I need to care for my mother full-time.

I am licensed in 3 states and have been doing residential real estate and development for 15 years.

My name is Mike and i'm hoping to find someone in the northern Palm Beach County area to show me the ropes and develop a working relationship.

@Matt Vaughn have you ever considered developing multifamily housing?

I have definitely learned alot and developed as well.
