.- Contact the building department in the city where the property is located, they will tell you what is required.  

Federal laws are pretty much tied together, like an overlay, there can be matters that fall under SEC, the Tax Code, the FTC, Treasury Department, FDIC, I think someone listed over 60 related laws and regulation that apply to lending activities, it's a vast financial world.

It usually takes the sheriff about a week to show up and escort them out.Landlords are required to store tenants belongings left behind for 60 days and to surrender them to the tenant when asked for them.

I could have made a killing and they could have stored their belongings in the garage. 

Don't ask for the mortgage department, ask for the commercial lending department.
