Upwork is definitely worth looking into: We've grabbed a number of contract workers from there over the years.Also take a look at Fiverr.com, particularly as a resource for seeing what types of gigs you could perform with your skills and background.

Definitely go to the local meetups on BP, and there are some good ones on Meetup too.

I will like to connect with people who think that the true path to wealth is through Real Estate.

Once you have that down, you can carve out your path.  

Legal counsel would be a good avenue to consider at this pointA couple of paths to explore:Did the Property Management Company have authority to re-lease the properties?
