I suppose having a tenant testify on your behalf holds some value, but my tenants  are vetted, law abiding citizens and would testify to the truth when subpoenaed or presented with an affidavit anyway... so not really sure of that whole bribery scheme.I stand ready willing and able to assist my tenants during this national emergency when they require assistance.I will not compromise my business or my buildings during this crisis.

So I have taken a page from that play book.. about summer of 2018 when things slowed we started to pivot to as much cash as possible I even changed my REIA presentation i make throughout the year and named it the PIVOT.. i was thinking 6 months ago i missed and of course I did no one really saw this black swan coming and its something new every day.

To add to the irony... is that we personally have worked out deals with tenants to DEFER rent, I’ll say it again defer the rent – not forgive – which means that rent will still be due... a debt.
