From the leadership perspective, I have had a lot of experience in my corporate career where I was a operations manager and managed about $100 million yearly spending, a $300 million production unit, 135 employees with 10 of them being salary.

Is it at the end with final products/ numbers?

I do think that if you build that thing and it is done well, it would attract investors, and YOU will make money.. but you will eventually get a ton of reviews saying that  the product is cool but it is not generating any more deals than without it.That is my prediction, because it is still limiting on the performance of DMM, and DMM has a crappy efficiency score.

CBD products, "personal enhancement" products, collection calls. 

Will likely always do something productive and income-producing, but plan to be “job optional” by then. 

Also, as we all know, our important job is to train this new relationship with tenant and us offer them our best safe product our property.

Most mort brokers have in-house underwriters and understanding the products is a plus, but it's still sales skills.
