I was torn between the whole "they are my customer so I need to keep them happy" and "they are adults and should resolve this on their own" issue.  

If you wanted something special, you were not their customer, if you didn't want to stand in line, you were not their customer.

It takes several touches to get a customer.

I have had one guy contact me through Zillow and ask what the number was for Zillow's customer service.
