I should have thought that Bill silenced all of his critics when he teamed with Warren Buffet to donate BILLIONS just a couple of months ago.

My concern upon first reading this thread (and certain others on this site) was and continues to be that by being too self assured, too condescending, or too "know it all" certain contributors to the forum may actually be discouraging the open flow of communication by making people feel that if they dare to post something that goes against the flow they will be ridiculed or criticized unmercifully.

It is those of us who ask for and examine the evidence before forming an opinion who are the critical thinkers.

Trust me, lot drainage is not a simple science as there are so many factors to consider, plus it is of critical importance to the foundation of your garage and home.
