But the refi will likely cost you $3,000 - $5,000 - so there goes a good chunk of change that maybe you can refi into the loan... but it is really just a hit on equity.

Both of them are by the bedroom and this new one I just completed a master bedroom build added on to the back of the house with a private entrance for myself so I’m currently renting out the other 3 beds.Which cost me thousands more than I expected due to contractors not performing like I had expected etc etc.

@Jose ChavezAs mentioned notes are very standard documents that your attorney should draft.A PG is another separate document just like there also should be a loan agreement if to a LLC and some security instrumentWe use an attorney to always draft these and charge the costs to the borrower as part of the closing costs
