For myself, I think my ultimate goal is to have an alternate cash flow to offset my dependence on a day job, which would allow me to choose a job I enjoy rather than have to find a job based on salary and ultimately allow me to travel with family more and enjoy life rather than stress about money.Thanks in advance and hope to connect and gain wisdom!

Connecting with a lender that can run numbers for projected mortgage payment vs  market rents in relation to the area you're looking into would be a good first step!

Someone could be here from Nepal who is a doctor in their home country but wishes to complete residency in the USA, and is completing a Step 1 or Step 2 exam.Point is people will do things such as take people's laptops or backpacks. 

I love this country mate but it's starting to resemble communism...The most thankless job in all of real estate is property management.It's almost impossible enough to find a legit operator like yourself and then folks request lower fee's.Unbelievable...I don't think folks understand how much time and effort is needed to property manage "properly" and the 10% is peanuts.Sure, if you pay in peanuts you will get a monkey heheTry self managing and many will come back crying in a few months.Just my opinion after pounding the PM pavement for 10+ years now
