In those states you have outward strong growth in urban core and suburban areas.I would stay away from weak suburban or rural type areas regardless of cap rate or state.

I do not know about the states mentioned but in many other states for strong suburban or urban core trailers or whatever you want to call them are heavily frowned upon.The renters tend to be transient in nature a lot times.

Rick H. you are correct that the law address the right of AP but the last poster did not seem to have any compelling reasons for her action It is not even a fine line between squatting and AP when you don't any connection to the property other then trying to go down that treacherous route
