Each has a fairly unique plan, which when I started working with investors, I couldnt understand as well as I do now.Regarding Adrian's comments about Realtors as investors.

With the current painters we've talked with (came with recommendations from other realtors/home owners) I feel comfortable that I could get them started and leave for the day without the worry of getting ripped off.I really appreciate everyone's comments and suggestions.

My previous comment was meant to introduce reality, much like taking a 30.06 into the woods during bow season for deer, you aren't hunting rabbits or tree rats, so what are you up to?

I guess it just comes from being an entrepreneur, since if I wanted consistent income etc I would do a 9-5 have 2 vacations a year etc….. any one can comment would be great
