Personally you can try changing who you market to but it sounds like you're doing more volume than 95% of wholesalers out there.

If they say no, nothing changes.

So, if we are talking a $500,000 house, the tax is some serious change.

I need to transport some items anyway, so will look at Tuesday instead of the weekend (for a change!).

If there was no clause changing this when they bought it, they are responsible for paying you.
