And lets say you do get a customer and do an excellent job advertising their property for them, well they likely won't belong to a site/group like BP to get the word out that this great service is available or to refer you when someone somewhere is asking "do you know who I can get to advertise my properties for me". 

In this situation, you would want the paper trail to back up the story in order for ownership to be successfully proven to belong to the LLC. 

The expectation is that you would have greater cash flow and no appreciation the further you get from the center of downtown.Some area's to look into if you have some cash to burn is the suburb of Grandville, Jenison, and Wyoming.  

The branches are worthless these days, they train them to call the call center and those guys don't know how to deal with stuff like this.

I mentioned the facts about the second applicant *not* because they are factors in the decision, but to illustrate that the applicant belongs to protected classes, which made me realize (in more than one way) the error of handling the first applicant the way I did.
