What I am trying to avoid: renting for 2 years to eventually end up getting a condo/duplex later on or the flip side investing so much into a condo/duplex, and just overall not having it make sense with this situation.

Recently, I started a boots-on-the-ground business where we live in Dothan, AL to help remote investors more easily self-manage their properties here in the Wiregrass area.

A reasonable basis is required for allocating land and building.Every investor needs to examine their own personal tax situation to determine if it makes sense. 

So what's your business strategy?

If your LLC is not doing business in MN, then it would seem to make sense to register it in CA to avoid the need to pay registration fees in 2 states, if you can avoid MN filing fees and requirements. 

DSCR is great for Self-employed borrowers or business owners who write off a lof of debts and show little income.

This business doesn't discriminate against age, race or gender. 

I have previous business experience, so I will do my best to earn you a top-dollar ;)
