Our Business has been growing rapidly as we've employed our capital in the acquisition department.

I do however know a few people that have scaled up STR businesses here, like one friend/client who has 12 and there are some bigger players for sure.

Don't reward them with more business.

We have also asked for a 1099C document for their business and they don't have it as they are a real estate investor.Now we are not able to decide whether to pass on this tenant or consider them?
