Hi,Has anyone try My Smart Move for tenant screening?

I am paying heat (the boiler is not broken into separate billable zones yet).

I have the electrician come out, he finds actual 3 plugs in the kitchen to fix and fixes them, then puts wiring in attic in junction box.Buyer's do an inspection 2 days ago (that's a rant for another thread) and tell me that other plugs are broken too.

You could hire a property management company and just outsource ALL of the work to them (showings, screenings, phone calls, evictions, maintenance, etc...).

These are for vinyl, single hung windows with a screen.

One of my rentals was broken into and the bad guy only got four months in jail and then probation.I would go to the house and see if anything is there.

They basically sit you in front of a computer and you click through the screens.
