We sold our TX home and relocated to Orlando so my son could attend school and save money by living at home.

How do you think this will effect rental rates , home sales ,  construction costs , and insurance costs in Florida and up and down the coast  ?   

Local agents and local investors can just look at the price and address and see if it is a popular area immediately.
