This is the town they filmed the TV show Northern Exposure in, if anyone remembers that show.It would have been farther out than we really wanted to be from where my hubby worked at the time, but we knew to buy, we'd have to sacrifice a bit.So, I knew to order a title search, and it was worth it to me to just pay for one, rather than do it myself, as I was pregnant and working full-time, as was hubby.My moral to this story is not about whether or not I would have found the same info - I'm sure I would have.

This is what I found:From the Ohio code:http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4735.09"...has not been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude, and has not been finally adjudged by a court to have violated any municipal, state, or federal civil rights laws relevant to the protection of purchasers or sellers of real estate..."
