The area is not a booming area but it is close to schools and lots of shops.

I think the Baltimore market is going to continue to boom as more people look for more affordable options in the DMV area.

Anywhere they go is going to be a boom.  

And as the years passed from Pittsburgh's first and second building boom in the 1920s and late 1940s, the quality of the building really suffered.

I've lived in this area for the past 20 years of my life and I honestly believe the Lehigh Valley is really starting to boom.

During the boom, I was involved with splits.

Evanston also has high taxes but the demand and growth there is more tied to the north side of chicago which is a booming market. 

@Andrew Michael @Russell Brazil I often hear the BP crew say to travel at least an hour outside of where you are if the local markets aren't booming much.

I would say little Havana area is booming tremendously with multi units and rent quick.

Questionable strategies can work in a booming market, which we've had over the past few years, but no longer have.... playing with subto in a declining market is like catching falling knives.
