I obviously fit the bill I have a credit score of at least 740 in all three credit bureaus and no delinquencies except that at the time of starting with him I had no revolving credit I had never used a credit card so I got 2 credit cards back in late or mid may and added him as an authorized user he said he'd help with the payments .

Agent wants my loan officer to call him; loan officer says he needs "Short sale authorization" from both banks involved.

I have 3 properties rented through Section 8.Your property may be held to a higher standard by your local housing authority than your local municipality. 

So, take that advice with a grain of salt, as I am yet to officially invest in a rental!

The borrower would need to provide authorization.
