The only people I know who have any use for gold are those running cash for gold scams and it can't be used as collateral at any banks I know of.

The ones I have heard really bad things about were scamming all the poor Australians in 2009 and 2010 as well as coastal investors - I think for the most part they are gone.However, before you partner with any company be it as a private lender for those doing it themselves, a done for you turn key model company or even hiring a contractor

After seeing what uncle scam was going to do for me (little of nothing) I realized I had to do it on my own to have financial security.

And I can't tell you how many companies come to us who purchased content, or SEO services, or social, or so many internet marketing services (from other providers), and after reviewing the work they did, it was a complete scam.

@Scott Hollister, thanks for the replyThe HOA has budgeted for new roof, pavement and landscaping, with each having their ''life expectancy'' budgeted - however things are easily subject to change, and I understand that.Unfortunately "craigslist housing for rent" in south florida is full of false posts and scams, I experienced this directly when searching for an apartment myself.

I'm definitely less anti-california than I was, but I'm going to give the out of state thing a shot.
