How do you plan on going about your ARV from a comp-based perspective?

What do you plan to do with the proceeds from the sale if you were to sell? 

Hi BP, Im here on the forums today due to  A important family matter, I recently had A Uncle Pass away, and with no next of kin my mom received the title of administrator of the estate.

Planning on renting per room. 

I then negotiate with the borrower a plan for repayment or I foreclose.

I am of the belief that more time is better and allows better planning for both landlord and tenant. 

I am writing my business plan and I am trying to figure out how I will include in the renovation costs from a percentage of the purchase price, This is if I even have to because of the business type?

I am planning to buy SFH for long term rentals as my first investment in Austin,TX or Fresno,CA area.

I graduated high school in 2019 and went on to college and gained two associates in business administrations, and general studies.
