Being flexible is a necessity along with setting dates for taking action and achieving goals..

I am looking to quit my very basic, current job and start a new one that would also help me achieve my REI goals.Can anyone give any suggestions?

Would have been so much simpler and would mostly achieve what they are trying to achieve. 

I am super excited right now but that is grounded in the realization that this is going to take a while, years to get to the goal that I have in mind, but I also know that even huge tasks can be achieved small steps at a time.

I know that real estate is a very real way to achieve this goal and that's why I've joined BiggerPockets.

One option would be for me to simply put more money into the LLC, but I know in order to achieve my vision for this business I will need to have investment money available in the future and I would like to start building those relationships now.

And @Carl Fischer works for an IRA custodian who can help you achieve that goal.An Attorney I know who is a big real estate investor told me that all of his acquiring investments are in Tax Freindly ownership like Roth IRA, Roth 401k, Cesa, Health Savings etc. 

This is just my personal opinion but I believe your spouse should help you achieve your goals and dreams.

And B.) do you have a target per unit can flow and are you achieving it? 

If you’re going to move out and rent, does your market yield high enough rent to achieve your rental goals?
