At a point there is diminishing returns when it come to buy a house with more square footage.

New to albany, recently closed on multi-unit property in Center Square. 

Some we're big enough for 2-3 houses, and it just made me curious what the average cost per square foot is to build a house from ground up.

We are actually in the process of doing a 203k to our home - we are making our home from a 2 bedroom 1 bath to 3 bedroom 2 bath and increasing our square foot by 20%.

There are several factors that effect the price of foundation bids:  Foundation type (slab or pier & beam), If the property is occupied or vacant, number of square feet, if it's one story or two, how busy the contractor is, whether the contractor is a retail or investor-friendly, and a few other factors. 

Get stuff squared away so when you turn yourself in, your life will be taken care of on the outside.

So for example a craigslist add could say "great deal on beautiful contract, 3/2 (3bd/2b), Toledo Ohio, 43614, 2,500 square feet call immediately!"

In those little squares is where these "specialists" operate, they know a system and they work that system, but they can't get out of that little square.
