Our team is currently evaluating other options as a stop-gap (traveling nurses, small family, etc.). 

I live in the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and would be interested in any community in the metro-Atlanta area, but preferably north of I-20 since that is where I mostly travel for other reasons (including extended family - it'd be kind of nice if I could invest in or near an area where my folks live so I could drop by to see them more often while also looking for and managing real estate).

Admittedly, the carpet and padding in the bedrooms seem to be pretty thin, but just outside the bedroom there is a laminate floored hallway to the bathroom, which seems to be excessively noisy, especially when being traveled in the middle of the night.

I don't believe the US Government will allow them to fail, and their stock price is extremely depressed due to all of the COVID-19 related travel cancellations. 

Maybe its changed in 5 years because my heavy travel was from 2013 to 2016.Even "not hip" MSAs of the Great Lakes Region are bigger than that and the people are packed in way tighter.
