Whether you're creating a post, or a reel, it's good to start your post (or video), with something that will pique a follower's curiosity and pull them into the main focus of your post, and finally end with a call to action (usually something to encourage them to comment something below).

I am a 22 year old mailman in a rapidly growing, semi-rural city, in Indiana.

I asked about the escrowing as well and they said that it should be shortened, but that it will be reflected in the final docs....which I thought these were, that's why I needed to sign them before closing in person.I appreciate the help all, I want to triple check these things as I'm working a W2 job, also just did a HELOC on my rentail property and might be missing the details.

Finally, Home depot, Lowes, Lumber liquidators... where do you shop for good savings and good quality products?

As a final note, I would highly recommend putting a HELOC on the house.
