I did some research trying to find a good detailed lease template to have my tenants sign but none seem to be specific and exhaustive in terms of covering any and everything that comes with the type of tenants that one finds in these type of neighborhoods.

Normally finding general contractors within a large city is not a difficult undertaking; however, we were trying to obtain this property shortly after Hurricane Ida had destroyed the city and the country was just coming out of the pandemic.

Thanks It depends on the details but you might very well run into "seasoning" issues trying to pull out more cash then you just purchased the property for.

The Fed is fixated with 2% inflation, but they are ignoring what is best for average Americans who are just trying to put food on the table.

And regardless of whatever claims a company makes regarding the ranking of phone numbers, it's 100% not accurate and they are just trying to make it sound better.    

We are in a really good position on this property and have multiple options, this is why I'm trying to get a better understanding of which strategy is going to be the most beneficial.
