I have not read Rich Dad, Poor Dad but I'm sure others here on BP can give you an earful on that book.  

They are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and good troubleshooters.

Always late, but always communicate and pay late fees.

I was born and raised on a farm, was home-schooled for the first part of my life, joined the military out of HS, and have pushed myself to become something greater than what I was told I would be.About 2 years ago I was given the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" as a gift.

A couple of books to read on the subject that are really good, Garret Sutton who is Robert Kiyosakis "Rich Dad Poor Dad" asset protection attorney- has wrote several books and just recently released a book that is new.

As Grant Cardone said once, "You ain't rich if you can't get to the money."

All they wanted were instant gratifications that doesn't involve any work. we the investors today will face the same challenge of teaching our kids about investing and they only have one parent not the rich dad and poor dad .

That is the basics of personal finance.If there were one book that I would suggest you read, it would be Rich Dad Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki.  

Not get rich quick, just buy them slowly and pay them all off over time, but he definitely had to fund his investments with cash from his job as an airline pilot.I started with 20k invested (down payment and closing costs) in my first property.
