Putting your money in gold bars that you hide under your bed and pay huge commissions for?

Mind you, I am only sharing my experience her as an ordinary homeowner who has done it before, but I did do my research.  

I was given a quote for AMFAM Gold Star Deluxe Policy with Plus endorsement . and also another one with Elite Endorsement.The Plus Endorsement says - Personal Property coverage is for specific perilsThe Elite Endorsement says -Personal Property coverage is for open perilsBut agent says both of them are HO5 type - is that true?

I will do some research and see which option works best.

After doing some researching here, there seems to be 3 major things to watch out for when buying trustee sales. 

I have done a great deal of research and I have began seeking out mentors but I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has come from a similar background/situation that made the same initial investing mistakes that my wife and I did with the house and cars.  

However, I then found OwnerRez after doing extensive research.

I have never heard of FHAs until very recent so i definitely want to start researching them

It seems too simple to not already exist, but I've had zero luck researching it.
