I went to Amazon & bought it.Dolf de Roos, is the Mentor that Robert Kiyosaki goes to when he has REI questions, so that is good enough for me....I already have one of his other recordings: "Real Estate Riches", which has a lite version of a Software Program for Property analysis.

I updated my original post with an imgur link to a high-res version of it that is hopefully more legible. 

However they sent us a locked down PDF version of the form.

All in all I'm chalking all this up to a giant learning experience and hopefully I won't have a more expensive version of this in the future.

I have had several situations where tenants claimed "I did not know that was part of the lease" and I am sure it was simply because they did not read the electronic version I sent them.Good luck on your journey!

This is another case where education can overcome "fear of the unknown".As for mortgage acceleration, it's really too big a topic to try and fit into a forum post, but here's the "short version":HELOCs aren't borrowed against mortgages, they're borrowed against equity (the value of the property over and above the balance owing on the amortized mortgage loan).
