****UPDATE*****Hey guys sorry for the late update.

I am excited that we are going to have these types of meetings in addition to the regular monthly meeting.

I'm currently still working the bathroom, then the kitchen, then landscape and update doors and trim around the house.

This Realtor sends me auto-update listings which is one of the reasons I'd like to use only this person.Now I am getting ready to buy again and I just get the sense that there are a lot of games and pocket listings that go on in this business.

I'll give you guys an update on how this appointment goes!

If the person is regularly crossing state lines they are either considered low risk or are unsupervised.

Once transferred the insurance needs to be updated.

I've found regular small maintenance can avoid bigger (& costlier) issues down the road.

Is there some sort of vetting process a regular joe can put these people/companies through to weed out the scammers?

So far, this is what I know, but I'm looking to fill in the gaps:Form LLC (rule of thumb may be 1 per property or $300K)Transfer dead to LLCCreate a business checking account for itKeep a good divide between personal finances and LLC financesTo get money out of your investment, pay yourself a regular salary.
