What I’m saying is when you meet someone who may become your spouse in the future, they will recognize your ability to provide for their safety and protection and they won’t question or complain about your fooling around with wild ideas of becoming educated in real estate now.

There is also no guarantee that your state will recognize another state's rules for Series LLCs.

Recognize that as an inner city landlord you hold a high leverage position and can greatly affect the neighborhood.

The apartment falling into disrepair is one thing, but hoarding is now recognized as a mental disorder and you don't want to be accused of discrimination.  

You OBVIOUSLY don't have the technical acumen to navigate through this subject on your own but fail to recognize that and instead, you keep spinning your wheels about some assignment and accounting.

Eventually you will recognize a good investment immediately .

I know a lot of investors have already pulled out to sit back for now until the next cycle.I recognize though that there are good deals in every market, and one of my goals is to position myself for when the next drop comes.

That would eliminate the need for an eviction moratorium and recognize the obvious that an eviction moratorium is a taking.
