@John Collins Here, that usually indicates it’s owned by a police officer, judge, politician, etc. who have the right to not have their address/ownership listed in the public records for personal protection reasons.

If that doesn't work, you might have to go to the extent of calling the police and having him "trespassed" from the property - meaning that further trespass will subject him to arrest.

Good idea to check with police too, they do not have restrictions about expressing opinions like a realtor might or at least that has been my experience.

If your house is anywhere east of summit you’ll have the issues but I’d look on Facebook marketplace and definitely file a police report.

@Mitchell Frisby just go forward with the eviction process and inform them that you will do everything within your power to collect on any damages to the property as well as press criminal charges for vandalism if they intentionally destroy your property (unlikely that will go anywhere unless you have solid proof they did it, and can get the police to do anything about it, but they don’t know that).

And, if his customers are sketchy, there could be issues with them, too.And would your insurance cover damage caused by it.I'm assuming it's legal, but prior to it being legal here, the power company would tip off the police if a place started using lots of electricity, then you have the police showing up, too.And, don't remember if someone else mentioned this, but is it legal to run a business out of your property?
