We have also explored making a Nevada or Arizona SERIES LLC, or even an S corporation, but were advised against it.Any recommendations or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

From my understanding an LLC would essentially create a corporate veil and restrict my taxation to up to 35%.

They would be able to purchase the property under any terms I negotiate.My concern is that they'll see the terms I've negotiated and want to buy the property themselves (they are a large corporate organization with multiple senior properties).

This would give me the opportunity to represent clients if the opportunity presents itself, and give me access to the resources that come with joining the national, state, and local organizations.
