I'm coming up on 2 years of income produced by the property, any suggestions on how to get a lower interest rate without using personal income?

Regarding homeowner's insurance, I would recommend just contacting a local insurance broker in your area and let them know you're looking to switch your HOI policy to a landlord policy. 

If your in there partnership program they refer you to their client if they need to sell.its a one time yearly fee & any deal closed you pay $1500i couldn't find any reviews or much info on company outside of there website.courage to know if anyone has had any dealings with this company as I find it a little strange that they don't accept any credit card payments only zell or wire or ACH.

Did you know that Limited partners or real estate investors can absolutely benefit from depreciation?

OMG I can't tell you how disappointed I'm from real estate agent which is really a thing I don't wan!!!

But frankly don't know where to start and how to position the opportunity.

Any one knows are they going to build single family or apartment?

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
