I really like the Nokomis area a lot - if you're looking at holding onto this one as a rental for a while, I'm sure you'll see some nice appreciation in the coming years too.Just curious, but did you do the full renovation after closing on it, or did it come pretty much turnkey for you? 

@Jason Smith I don’t know about Honeycomb but my agent told me today rates are all going up across the board.

I bought the home just over two years ago when interest rates were at an all-time low.

The Heloc for Better you have to draw 75% of the amount you are approved at the time of closing. 

I haven’t seen Rome, GA pop up on here a lot but have looked at some properties there and at first glance seems like a no brainer.
