In the past 2 and a half weeks I have probably watched 40 podcasts.

If he is not he should be .. then he can see its nit all biscuits and gravey .. it takes hard , hard .. work to make it in the business .. people nowadays watch a TV show and think ..hum.. i can do that .. and most can but they have no idea how things can go wrong so quickly .. and costs.. dont even get me started on the possibility of overages .. and hidden damage ..

I am very new to all of this as well and like you have been reading, listening and watching all I can.

I've read dozens of articles, a few books, and watched dozens of YouTube videos so far.

As far as hobbies, I’ll watch or play just about any sport, and I love fishing.So what inspired my interest in real estate and brought me to BP?

funding comes from your saved up cash and a HML  although those price points may be tough as they are too small in some instances.go to meet ups meet investors with cash looking to place it  ( private lenders)  HML are on the internet deal only with for real companies  watch out for social scammers.. like facebook lenders etc.

Bonus points if you live near Boston and want to make yourself feel great by watching me bungle my way through this all in person. 

This is a market that is watched on a daily basis....sometimes minute by minute.
