@Raphael Thomas I actually run a Salesforce CRM consulting business, thought Salesforce itself would be rather expensive for a small operation.There are a ton of free and low cost generic CRMs out there.

Seek out a consultation.

Some companies market others properties and are not the actual seller but do help the investor by way of consulting, API owns all that we sell.

There may be a one time gift allowance that allows for this to take place, however, an accountant should be consulted on the matter.
