Not to mention many in the Portland metro area get tired of the constant cloud and rain and will retire over in that area.. 

I've been an Airbnb "super host" and a VRBO "premier" host for the past two years and believe me, I have learned SO much since I started.

They are charging guests up to 20% service fees now, not to mention what they are charging hosts/homeowners.

@Alejandro Villalpando I am hoping that the one I host will be back in person soon... we just need to find a venue again which can be a pain. 

I don't think the house cash flows enough to hire a property manager, and my current plan is to pay a friend to host a couple open houses if the tenants move out.
