You can google them or pm me and i can get you some more information on those.We are experimenting with a rocket mass heater under a home right now and seeing positive results as this style heater uses almost 1/8th the wood a normal wood stove would use, and the heat comfort is 10 times a conventional wood burner.

Some thoughts, but this might be more personal preference: I don't see property management fees, maybe you will do it yourself, but you should consider your time.I would want to be comfortable with market (are jobs increasing is housing market stable etc.).I assume AM means adjustable mortgage?
