It is at a cost of $40.For Tenant, if they are interested in signing a lease: 1.Fill out preliminary application.2.Verify application for 3 times monthly rent income, pay stubs, no felony, no evictions, at least 1 year on job.3.Query all adult names in state Courts Online system.4.Query Facebook.5.Query County Assessor page for properties in their name (foreclosure?)

Prior to recently obtaining my real estate license, I built and sold a successful independent insurance agency located here in Pinellas County.

Due to my profession, I need to maintain some level of anonymity -- i.e. need to avoid people easily searching for my name on the county deed/property websites. 

I guess I was over thinking it and thought I needed to go find some secret county website or something.

Started by buying foreclosures at the county courthouse steps and have built a 12 SFR portfolio over 5 years in North Austin TX area.

I am in Sonoma County.

I use agreements that are great for Maricopa County but unlikely to be useful in Oregon or Washington.

I know of a county that’s very rural with a lot of empty homes for sale.

According to the county taxes they paid $345k 2 years ago.
