Tub 105, sink 60, toilet 160, medicine cabinet 120, fixtures about 200 and tile not sure on but did this bathroom floor 5x5 , walls and a kitchen floor 20x 15 for 600.00, misc 200.00.

@Jack Gray Well, the kitchen appears to have nice cabinets, maybe just change the knobs and a new back splash to give it some color.

Brent has a crew, a warehouse, gobs of tools, and a steady stream of people calling for rentals, work done at their rentals, and people dropping off cabinets, toilets etc (warehouse is next to recycling center... sweet huh?).

- Foundation (pier and beam house) - need to level the subfloor, no major cracks - Painter- Carpet/tile- Prefab cabinets and counter- Windows (one is a cracked pane that I'm hoping can just be replaced and other is bathroom and I'm thinking we can use a little decorative window there to give it visual interest and it explains why it would look different from the rest)- Tile in kitchen, carpet in bedroomsWhat are your thoughts on using Home Depot for some of this stuff?

This will get me a modern look for relatively little $$$.The kitchen currently has newer all wood cabinets BUT the stain on some cabinets doesn't match the others, so I ordered stainable primer and will prime the cabinets with it and then apply a nice dark stain on top of it.

Major Items + flooring, cabinets, paint, windows, etc.To me, having a roof leak or the AC unit dying is a major problem, but old cabinets/paint is entirely different.

Depending on the description of the unit, you may or may not own things like:- Sheet rock of the walls- Kitchen Cabinets- Bathroom fixtures- Piping or wiring that just serves you unit- other things like a heating/cooling unit, interior doors, ....There may also be some items that the Association is obligated to replace if they are still original but not if they have been replaced.
