There is VERY little upkeep on the property other than what might come up with the structure itself and they are very simple in design (office built into the warehouse, with full access to all of those walls easily).There is a meter box for every unit... they are responsible for their own electricity.

Unless that builder is belly up and new construction is on hold or the lender owns the project-and unless that home owner has a serious hard ship (Job loss, missed payments, applied for a loan mod etc under Fed bail-out rules, No short sale can take place period!!

To maximize my time, I'm planning submit my homeowner leads' financial statement info to a program in order to automatically calculate debt/income ratio, LTV etc. to qualify them for a short sale, loan mod, or other solutions.
