That could be a result of being so close to a major metropolitan region (Boston) , where one would expect to find more Airbnb users.

It's like saying I never spend money on transportation because I don't put money down when I finance a car, you're still obligated, whether you pay with cash or not.  20% equity in a $75k house means you would max out at 10 properties (thats assuming you can find a lender to finance those 10 properties).

Problem is we can't replace it (reliable transportation) for what AAA will give us.  

I mean Downtown, Midtown, & the Boston Edison District are great places to invest from what I've seen/ read/ & been told.

Anchorage is less of a vacation destination and more of a transportation hub for all things alaska.Anchorage has a larger population than other parts of South Central AK, and more hustle/bustle going on. 

Go to Yorktown, do the Freedom Trail in Boston, see Constitution Hall in Philadelphia, go to Four Corners in the South West, Carlsbad Caverns in NM, Meteor Crater in AZ, . 

I bought a 3 family house in East Boston and am confused about lead testing and looking for some advice.One unit is occupied and not renovated.Two units have been renovated and everything is new.Appropriate notices were given to the tenants about the renovation and lead safe renovation practices were used by a certified contractor.My question is about lead testing.The units have common stairwells and porches.
