Here is a situation I'd love your feedback on: My first rental property (the Kurt Cobain house) has had a little old lady living there since I moved out 6 years ago.

I owed over 25000 in income tax and 7 grand in GST (goods and services tax) I currently owe 4 grand on the income tax @ $290 every two weeks, I took a loan out to pay the government but  I didn't want to take out a loan again for the gst, so the nice lady on the phone kindly accepted a promise to pay of 1000 every two weeks until its paid off. 

In the case of the crazy lady that is suing for the "theft" of her property, our insurer is covering the cost of defense so I'm not out of pocket on that one.

The disclosure statement was wildly inaccurate and grossly under estimated.All that being said, once the issue has been raised and proven.
