Although I've looked (and made lots of offers), I didn't realize that it was a whole different ball game trying to secure a loan for a multi-family vs when I bought a condo as my primary residence.I was hoping for feedback on the terms below and if they seem reasonable?   

I obviously didn't close on the house and am now refocusing and moving towards my Ultimate Goal of Small Multi-Family Properties (2 to 4 units).   

Get a local or a virtual accountant to be your "in-house" accounting department.

I would like to learn more about virtual wholesaling and lease-purchase options in the meantime.

This is multi family but don't see why it would be any different.Any help?

There's always the nagging thought that they could turn out like Brentwood Forest where they force more owner occupants, but I guess that's a risk I'm willing to accept.I think they're a great investment ESPECIALLY when there's a mix of sfr, multi, and condo (and condos in different condo associations).
