Now, it has been over 30 days, passing the time to fight the judgment and the hoa hired an attorney that has threatened to file a vacate motion.

We notified HUD in May that she was not going to pay any rent or back rent so they issued her a notice to vacate on May 29th.

I do not live local to them but according to the real estate attorney it wasn't worth his time to fight it and my parents dont have the upfront cash to pay a lawyer.They went to another lawyer and he's "working on it" but the auction ends tomorrow and they have 30 days to vacate now It's a bad situation I or someone could make a great return if I could get the funding

She directs a family owned vacation rentals company called Ohiopyle Vacation Rentals in the Laurel Highlands of PA.  

To me freedom of time will mean being able to spend time with my kids, not having to ask a boss for time off in order to go on vacation, being able to plan spur of the moment trips and activities, working on projects and issues I am passionate about, and having the time to give back to my community.
