That's your best bet to get near full price for it.The real question to me is: can you afford the toy?  

I finally figured out my problem (with a little help from Sara May at Podio)When you go to the "email to app" option it gives you an email address in the top area that is unique to you so others in your organization can see who is adding items to an app (this was the forward to email address I WAS using), below that is a "public email address" to add items to the app.  

I understand Texas has some unique laws governing real estate, installment sales and, maybe, subject to deals. 

Some agents pay for companies that offer a full solution but you still have people who want to stand out and have something more unique that is professional but has some of their personality and content.

@Patrick Parry As you are no doubt aware, Watts is a unique area, but there are always buyers for houses at the right price. 

Fix and flips (broken macbooks or other electronics), buy and hold (this years hot toys until Christmas, then unload), and auctions.
